Raku kilns need to be transported easily and heat up very quickly. Carry handles and a strong yet light stainless steel body results in a highly portable kiln, that will not rust or corrode and will still look beautiful in 20 years time! An adjustable stand means that it is possible to adjust the height of the kiln, to suit the individual potter.

The combination of high quality light weight refractory bricks and efficient Microtherm secondary insulation results in the kiln being able to reach high temperatures quickly. All Kittec kilns are totally free of ceramic fibre for your good health, and the health of the environment.

All Kittec kilns are individually signed off by a quality control inspector prior to leaving the factory. They are wrapped before transportation in both safe and environmentally sound, reusable felt blankets.
